Bellevue Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 220 bed Long Term Care Nursing and Rehab facility located near the shores of Lake Hefner in Oklahoma City's Northwest area.
It is located within 2 minutes of two major metro-area hospitals: Baptist Integris Medical Center and Deaconess Hospital.
Built and founded by Norman Thompson, Sr. in 1954, Bellevue is still owned and operated by the Thompson family who share the dedication to provide the best quality care and quality of life for the residents of Bellevue.
Bellevue is a unique health care facility, combining the convenience of in-house medical services with attentive, professional care in a home-like environment. We offer a practical alternative to long-term hospitalization or private nursing. Our team of health care professionals provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care for patients who suffer from recent traumatic injury, stroke, chronic illness, or require medical supervision. We are committed to helping patients return, when possible, to their own homes.
At Bellevue, we encourage independence and provide rehabilitative programs which help individuals reach their full potential.
