Just as a master painter uses a paint palette, a landscape architect uses a palette of plant materials, stone, water and more. MKEC has worked on cemeteries in twelve states across the county. We have had the opportunity to work on multiple Veterans cemeteries at both the national and state level, as well as municipal and parochial cemeteries.

MKEC operates its own in-house crews and equipment to ensure that project schedules are met and that quality information is used in the design process. For 27 years, MKEC has embraced technological advances including the latest 3-D laser scanners. We also utilize robotic total stations and employ GPS capabilities at each of our office locations. Our clients appreciate our turn-key approach to their projects, whether that be a design survey or providing construction staking to ensure the project is built according to plans. The future is now. In the AEC industry the term BIM, or Building Information Modeling has been throw around for years with no one truly understanding its meaning or its value. MKEC prides itself on its implementation and knowledge of BIM and what it can offer our clients in terms of value. Our BIM studio is poised and ready to aid architects, owners, manufacturers, and contractors with all of their needs as they start down this path. We offer full engineering design and BIM modeling using the latest versions of REVIT Structure and REVIT MEP as well as AutoCAD MEP. Our BIM Studio also has experience in developing full building coordination models for contractors and owners. For equipment manufacturers we offer full BIM content modeling in order to get your products out to other designers. On the industrial side we offer 3D modeling of all types of plants utilizing CADworks. MKEC is also an expert in the field of high definition laser scanning which is beneficial to the modeling process.
