Dan LaBrake has been an inspector in Oklahoma since 2002. He has been appointed by the Governor to sit on the State of Oklahoma Committee of Home Inspector Examiners. Governor Appoints LaBrake This board develops and implements rules and regulations for home inspector licensing. Dan is the lead inspector at a multi-inspector firm that provides a wide variety of inspection services throughout the state of Oklahoma.

Dan is active at the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors, serving on the Education Committee and the Standard Forms Committee. He provides continuing education classes to realtors throughout the Tulsa Metro area.

Dan has had numerous articles published in the local newspapers. One important article published in the Tulsa World of Homes publication addressed a change to the termite industry that affected wood rot
