Bruce W. Day is an experienced trial lawyer and a member of the firm's Corporate and Securities practice groups.
Mr. Day focuses his practice on representing and advising businesses, broker-dealer firms, investment advisors and individuals in employment, transactional, regulatory and litigation matters.

D.Michael O'Neil
Mr. O'Neil is an experienced tiral lawyer and a member of the Securities Practice group. Mr. O'Neil's securities practice is focused on the representation of individuals, entities, broker-dealers and investment professionals in litigation, regulatory and compliance matters. He regularly represents parties in arbitration claims filed with the NASD, NYSE and FINRA.
