Knox Laboratory is a locally owned and operated, State Certified laboratory located at 5640 South Memorial, in our own medical occupational services building. Knox Laboratory has the newest, state-of-the-art analyzer that not only gives negative / positive results, but can also provide levels to determine increasing or decreasing of usage. Negative results are sent to your specified email address or fax number within one hour.

Many of our customers have requested the option to lock in Knox's rates to protect them from price increases that many of our competitors are implementing. Pursuant to these requests, Knox now has a one(1) and three (3) year pricing plan that should save your company money and assist with budgeting. Knox has just opened a new West Tulsa location in the Town West shopping center off of Highway 44 and West 56th Street. This is a full service laboratory, offering one hour urine drug test results, hair drug testing, physicals, and blood draws.
