The law firm of Pinkerton & Finn, P.C. located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, was established more than a decade ago by attorneys Laurence L. Pinkerton and Judith A. Finn as a result of a shared vision of providing exceptional and specialized litigation services.
Recently, the firm settled a major class action lawsuit against the Bank of America, involving the breach of a trust indenture governing certain Zero Coupon Series B Bonds, issued by Greater Southwestern Funding Corporation in 1984 and sold to clients of PaineWebber and Reitan-Mosele in 1985 and after for their IRA Accounts (B Bond Settlement). This $ 8.5 million settlement applies to those persons who held Series B Bonds throughout the period beginning December 1, 1987 and throughout the period ending on July 26, 1994.

Pinkerton & Finn is aggressively seeking full recovery on the B Bonds in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma in Brady v.
