Who Are We?
The Church of Christ at Whispering Hills is not a denomination, nor are we interdenominational (I Corinthians 1:10-13). We are simply a local group of Christians (I Corinthians 1:2; Acts 11:26, I Peter 1:22-25) who meet together to worship the Lord (Acts 20:7) and do God's work together (Acts 8:4; James 1:27). We follow no human creeds or doctrines (Matthew 15:8-9; II John 9; Revelation 22:18,19), but follow Christ through His word (Ephesians 1:22-23; II Timothy 3:16-17). We gladly provide scriptural authority for all we believe, teach, and do (Colossians 3:17). Our worship is not after human tradition but is in spirit and truth (John 4:23-24). Members of the Church of Christ at Whisperings Hills are expected to live godly lives, exemplary of Christ. Our hope is a home in heaven.

Our mission at Whispering Hills is to change lives through Jesus Christ. As you sing God’s praises, may you be invigorated by His power and glory. As you listen to His word, may you humbly obey and receive His life giving truth. As you commune with Him in prayer and around His table, may you be intimately reminded that He loves you and gave Himself for you. As you fellowship with His children, may you be encouraged to be crucified with Christ, and to live your life by faith in the Son of God.
