We are starting our 3rd year and would like to thank all of our guests for
supporting us and giving us a chance to make many new friends!!!!!

Durant is centrally located between Dallas and Oklahoma City. We have
some of the best fishing in the United States on Lake Texoma. There are
several golf courses within a few minutes drive. Durant is the home of
Southeastern Oklahoma State University and is the headquarters for the
Choctaw Nation. The Choctaw Nation has its own casino and coliseum
for world famous entertainment and rodeo activities.

Durant is known as the "City of Magnolias" and hosts an annual Magnolia
Festival, plus the University has an annual Shakespearian Festival.

We are a complete bed and breakfast. We serve evening meals for our
quests upon request and served family style. Please let us know (when
making reservation) if there are special dietary needs. Check-in time is
3:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 noon. If you are arriving late, please
notify us. We require a minimum of one night deposit and can be paid by
credit card. A 24 hour notice of cancellation is required to get a refund.
We accept all major credit cards.
