She has been clinical supervisor and consultant to crisis services and residential shelters. Local churches have sought her expertise and training in domestic violence, rape trauma and sexual abuse. She has designed, written and implemented family programs for the chemically dependent family, conducting multi-family groups as a treatment modality. Ms. Leach has served as an expert witness for clients suffering from Rape Trauma Syndrome. She treats, evaluates and advocates for crime and trauma survivors and their families.
Ms. Leach has been in private practice with adults and older adolescents (aged 16 and older) since 1991. She conducts individual, marital, group and family therapies. Trained in systems theory and ego psychology, Ms. Leach expanded her educational training and practice by completing a four-year program in psychoanalytic theory and practice through the long-distance program of the Psychoanalytic Institute of Northern California, further equipping herself for work of depth and meaningful change with her clients.
Today, her practice is located in Edmond, Oklahoma, where she resides with her husband. Together they are the parents of 3 adult children and grandparents of one grandchild.

Leann Leach MSW, LCSW is a native Oklahoman who graduated from the University of Oklahoma School of Social Work in 1988, having earned a master's degree in social work. She was licensed in the state of Oklahoma as a Clinical Social Worker in 1991.
In the past 20 years of active social work practice, Ms. Leach has had a varied professional experience which included in-patient psychiatric, chemical dependency and co-dependency treatment. Her outpatient clinical experience includes community mental health, chemical dependency, co-dependency, crisis services and crisis intervention.
