Turns out, I can sell my house fast for cash now or wait for a traditional sale through an agent later. I have two different opportunities. I have done the math and considered the consequences, realizing that my two options will most likely have different results.
A traditional real estate transaction may result in more money for me in the long run, but time is a big factor in my life right now. The year-long Covid19 pandemic has taken a big toll on our family income, so I need to sell my house immediately. Waiting for the perfect buyer to fall in love with our home, make an offer, and obtain mortgage loan financing is a lengthy process. I simply cannot wait weeks or months to sell my house.
Here are my two options: 1) a local listing agent has contacted me and is ready to list my home for sale now, and 2) I have contacted We Pay Fast and they have made me an offer over the phone. Both of these options are good ones and having both options at once is forcing me to think through the consequences of each of them carefully.
Because there are time constraints for my family, I am selling to We Pay Fast instead of listing with a local agent. The homebuyer at We Pay Fast got back to me within 24 hours when I left a voice message on the phone. I understand they do the same thing when sellers email them, too.
We agreed on a sale price and I received a purchase agreement to sign by email within a few more hours. It was fast and easy, and I know exactly when my home sale will close – at the end of next week. This is a dream come true for me to know exactly how much cash to expect and when to expect to receive it. In addition, We Pay Fast picks up all the closing costs and legal fees, so the purchase price they offered me is the amount I will receive at closing.
I decided to sell my house fast for cash to We Pay Fast, 405-521-1807, or info@wepayfast.com.
