Sojourn Care provides hospice services to people who are ill with a disease that medical science cannot cure.

Hospice is not just for patients with cancer. We care for individuals living with lung disease, Alzheimers, strokes, heart disease and other profound illness.
Hospice is not a place; it is a way to care for people through in-home support of nurses, home health aides, social workers, chaplains, counselors, volunteers and physicians.
Hospice services are for both the patient and the family. We support family and friends recognizing that they, too, need attention when someone they love is ill.
