Help the Oklahoma Restaurant Association honor outstanding foodservice professionals and businesses. ORA Volunteers and member businesses will be recognized for their commitment to the association and Oklahoma's foodservice industry with the Culinary Excellence Awards. All award recipients will be announced at ORA's Annual Members' Day Luncheon, to be held February 8, 2011. The deadline to nominate yourself or another deserving company/individual is December 15, 2010.
The scholarship application for the 2011-2012 school year is now available online. Scholarships are open to people who are enrolled in or currently enrolling in one of the following college hospitality industry programs: Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, and Culinary Arts Education in the state of Oklahoma. All applications must be postmarked no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 1, 2011.
